The couch was broken, the heater barely worked, and noise from groups at night was incredibly disruptive!!! Room cleanliness needs serious attention, especially with leftover hair in the shower!!! Consider having hot chocolate in the room!!!

The communal areas maintained a high standard of cleanliness, making for a pleasant environment, especially after a long day. The warmth of the showers was a highlight, providing a refreshing experience. the overall facilities felt quite basic, with not enough heating in the bathrooms, which were drafty and uncomfortable in the colder months. Despite being close to eateries and attractions, the noise from passing freight trains at night was a nuisance.

Ample parking available and great outdoor space for kids! The staff were super friendly and helped out when things got a bit noisy next door.

The kitchen could use some better upkeep—saw a few insects that made it less inviting.
